myKotakRewards is an exclusive loyalty program initiated by Kotak Mahindra Bank (“Bank”) for its customers to provide redemption facility to Customers who are awarded Vouchers. Customers can redeem their accrued vouchers for a wide range of consumer products & Services.

How do I become a member?
Bank Customers are automatically enrolled as myKotakRewards members.
How do I activate my account?
You can activate your account by visiting www.myKotakRewards.com and then clicking on the “First Time User” section. You will have to provide your email address registered with the bank to activate your myKotakRewards account.

How do I earn Kotak Reward voucher?
Bank at its sole discretion awards voucher to its selected customers.
What is the validity period of Kotak voucher?
Your Kotak Reward voucher is valid as per the terms and conditions mentioned on the voucher at the time of issuance.
What is the value of Kotak Reward voucher?
The denomination of the voucher differs and it shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the voucher.
How do I redeem my Kotak Reward voucher?
You can redeem your Kotak Reward voucher for thousands of merchandise items, movie, air tickets, mobile/DTH recharge, E-Gift Vouchers & more. To redeem log on to www.myKotakRewards.com or call myKotakRewards customer care at 1800 419 6888 (Operational days & hours: Monday to Saturday).
Why has not been my reward delivered as yet?
Please verify that the date mentioned in the copy of the Redemption Request. All rewards reach you within the delivery time specified on the website. If it has been 2 days since the date mentioned, please fill in the details in the ‘My Request’ column of the www.myKotakRewards.com.
Can I combine Kotak Reward vouchers and cash for redemption?
Yes, you can combine Kotak Reward vouchers and cash for redemption.
My computer/ the site/ the application crashed just when I was redeeming?
Please restart your computer/ Log in to web page and check my request page. If the redemption request is complete it would reflect on my requests.
Do I need any minimum number of value for redemption?
No, you don’t need to have any minimum voucher value before you can begin redeeming your voucher. You can redeem as many vouchers as you wish for the merchandise and services on www.myKotakRewards.com and pay the remaining amount by cash using Bank Card.
Do I need to log into my account to redeem my voucher?
It is not necessary to log in to your account in order to redeem your voucher.
I have a discount code. How do I use it?
You can use your discount code on the final payment page. Just enter the discount code and click ‘Apply’. If the code is valid and unexpired, the voucher amount will be deducted from the amount that you have to pay. You can then proceed to pay the remaining amount by cash.
I have a discount code for an off on movies. Can I use it for discount on any other category?
Yes, the discount code can be used on all other categories as well.
I have a 500 Rupees discount code for movies but I only want to use it for a 300 Rupee movie ticket. Can I use the remaining amount on my Discount Code later?
No, discount codes are for one time use only, unless specified otherwise.
Do the Discount Codes have an expiry period?
Yes, discount codes come with an expiry date. They become invalid after this date.
Do I need to be registered on the website to use the discount code?
No, to use the discount code one doesn’t need to activate their myKotakRewards account.
Can I book both international and domestic flights?
Yes, you can book domestic as well as international flights on www.myKotakRewards.com.
Can I redeem Kotak Reward Points for more than one passenger?
Yes, you can redeem Kotak Reward Points for up to 6 passengers at any given point of time.
Can I redeem Kotak Reward Points to gift an Airline ticket(s)?
Yes, you can easily gift airline tickets to friends / family. However you need to make the booking in the name of passenger(s) who would be travelling. Air tickets are non - transferable.
What is the minimum time frame within which I need to redeem before I fly?
There is no minimum time frame for redeeming your Kotak Reward Points. You can redeem your Kotak Reward Points for a flight departing on the same day.
Can I cancel/modify my redemption for the flight ticket?
Once redeemed for, the air tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable.
What happens if my flight is cancelled or delayed?
You will need to check with the airline with which you have booked your seat. In the event of a schedule change/cancellation, your interests are protected, and you will be rebooked onto another flight. Delays/cancellations however are governed by the respective airline policies.
Can I choose my seat at the cinema?
Yes, this is one of the most important features that we offer. You have the choice of re-selecting/changing your seats at every step of the transaction.
How many tickets can I book in one transaction?
You are permitted to book a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction in each seating category of the cinema screen.
How can I confirm whether my tickets have been booked?
Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive an email and sms stating the same.
I accidentally booked my tickets for today instead of tomorrow, can you change the tickets?
No, it is not possible to replace or refund tickets once they have been booked.
Can I change my seats?
No, it is not possible to change your seat once they have been booked and confirmed.
Can I change the show time that I have booked for?
No, it is not possible to change your tickets for different show timing once they have been booked and confirmed.
Can we cancel or replace our tickets?
No, as per government regulations, once a ticket has been paid for, it is deemed as sold, and therefore cannot now be replaced or cancelled.
What is the minimum time frame within which I need to redeem tickets before the show?
You must redeem your points at least 4 hours before the show timing. For e.g., should you wish to go for a show at 11pm on the 15th of April, you must redeem your points and make your booking request at least by 7 pm on the 15th of April.
How will I get my tickets?
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be required to take a printout of your booking confirmation and carry it with you to the box office at the cinema. Your tickets will be at the box office, and on request, they will be handed over to you.
How many days will it take to get my reward merchandise delivered?
Your reward merchandise will be delivered within 30 working days.
What if the product reaches my mentioned delivery address when I was away or not available?
Should this occur, we will attempt to deliver the product the next business day once again. Kindly assure your availability.
What should I do if I want to change my delivery address?
Please call our Customer Care on 1800 419 6888 in order to have the delivery address changed. This change of address will only be possible if you request for it at the end of the same business day on which you have placed your redemption request.
What should I do if the reward merchandise delivered to me is not what I had ordered for?
In that case, please call and report the same to Customer Care on 1800 419 6888 within one business day of the delivery of the product.
What should I do if the reward merchandise has hidden damage or is found to be defective?
If this happens under any unfortunate circumstance, please call Customer Care on 1800 419 6888 within one business day from the delivery of the product and report the same. The article shall be replaced.
What should I do if I ordered the wrong item?
Please call our Customer Care on 1800 419 6888 before your redemption request is processed in order to change or cancel your redemption order.
Is Mobile/DTH Recharge offered on myKotakRewards?
Yes, myKotakRewards allows its customers to recharge their pre-paid mobile phone or their DTH account using voucher code.
Why is my recharge request not going through?
A request will be invalid on account of the following reasons:
  • Invalid subscriber ID/mobile number
  • Post paid mobile number where pre-paid is required
  • SubscriberID/mobile number which does not pertain to the list of mentioned operators
  • Incorrect/unacceptable recharge value
What if I do not get any confirmation message from the operator?
Once the recharge is completed, you will receive a confirmation message from the operator as well as a mail from www.myKotakRewards.com. In case on non-receipt of confirmation message, please check the talk-time/viewing limit of your mobile phone service. If the account balance does not increase, please contact our customer service desk on 1800 419 6888 with the details of mobile number, time & date of recharge, recharge amount & the Order ID mentioned on your receipt.You can register a complaint with our customer service desk on 1800 419 6888 within 15 days from the date of your recharge. No complaint can be registered after 15 days.
