myKotakRewards is an exclusive loyalty program initiated by Kotak Bank for its customers to reward them with points accumulated over POS (Point of Sale) and internet transactions using their Kotak Galaxia and Solaris Credit Cards. Customers can redeem their earned points for a wide range of consumer products & Services

How do I become a member?
All Kotak Galaxia and Solaris Credit Card holders are automatically enrolled as myKotakRewards members.
How do I activate my account?
You can activate your account by visiting www.myKotakRewards.com and then clicking on the “First Time User” section. You will have to provide your email address registered with the bank to activate your myKotakRewards account.
What is “Preferred Category”?
All Kotak Galaxia and Solaris Credit Card holders have an option of choosing a preferred category out of a) Dining, b) Travel, c) Entertainment and d) Groceries. Spends on the preferred attract higher Kotak Reward Points.
What is the benefit of choosing my Preferred Category?
By choosing your preferred category, you are entitled to earn accelerated Kotak Reward Points. Whereas you get 4 points for every Rs. 100 spent on your Kotak Galaxia and Solaris Credit Card, you will get 6 points (50% extra) if those spends are on your Preferred Category.
How do I choose my Preferred Category?
Preferred Category can be chosen from the My Account section after logging on to www.myKotakRewards.com
How often can I change my Preferred Category?
Preferred Category can be changed every 6 months.
Can I join myKotakRewards if I live outside India but I am an Indian citizen?
As long as you hold an Kotak Galaxia and Solaris Credit Card, you can join myKotakRewards.
Is myKotakRewards open for Non- Indian citizens?
Yes, if you are resident of India and hold an Kotak Galaxia and Solaris Credit Card, you automatically become a member of myKotakRewards.

How do I earn Kotak Reward Points?
Every time you make a transaction by using your Kotak Galaxia and Solaris Credit Card, you will earn 4 point for every Rs.100/- spent.
Will I earn points on all spends using my Kotak Galaxia and Solaris Credit Card?
Using your Kotak Galaxia and Solaris Credit card for withdrawing cash at ATMs and for spends at Fuel Stations will not lead to accrual of Kotak Reward Points.
Where can I earn Kotak Reward Points?
You can earn Kotak Reward Points anywhere in India and overseas by making payments using your Kotak Galaxia and Solaris Credit Card.
What is the validity period of Kotak Reward Points?
Your Kotak Reward Points are valid for a period of 36 months or 3 years excluding the month of accrual.
What is the value of 1 Kotak Reward Point?
Value of 1 myKotakRewards Point depends upon the card type:
For Galaxy World Card: 1 myKotakRewards Point = 9 Paisa per reward point
For Solaris Platinum Card: 1 myKotakRewards Point = 8.25 Paisa per reward point
How do I redeem my Kotak Reward Points?
You can redeem your Kotak Reward Points for thousands of merchandise items, movie, bus & air tickets, mobile/DTH recharge& more. To redeem log on to www.myKotakRewards.com or call myKotakRewards customer care at 1800 419 6888 (Operational days & hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM).
Why has not been my reward delivered as yet?
Please verify that the date mentioned in the copy of the Redemption Request. All rewards reach you within the delivery time specified on the website. If it has been 2 days since the date mentioned, please fill in the details in the ‘My Request’ column of the www.myKotakRewards.com.
Can I combine Kotak Reward Points and cash for redemption?
Yes, you can combine Kotak Reward Points and Cash for redemption.
My computer/ the site/ the application crashed just when I was redeeming?
Please restart your computer/ Log in to web page and check my request page. If the redemption request is complete it would reflect on my requests.
Do I need any minimum number of points for redemption?
No, you don’t need to have any minimum number points in your account before you can begin redeeming your points. You can redeem as many points as you wish for the merchandise and services on www.myKotakRewards.com and pay the remaining amount by cash using your Kotak Galaxia and Solaris Credit Card.
Do I need to log into my account to redeem my points?
Yes, to redeem your points, you need to register yourself on www.myKotakRewards.com and log in.
I don’t feel like registering for myKotakRewards. Can I still buy Merchandise and avail services on the website?
Yes, myKotakRewards has been made especially for Kotak Galaxia and Solaris Credit card customers and all Kotak Galaxia and Solaris Credit Card customers can avail the services mentioned on the website without registering for myKotakRewards. However, they can only use their Kotak Galaxia and Solaris Credit Card to pay for these services.
I have a discount code. How do I use it?
You can use your discount code on the final payment page. Just enter the discount code and click ‘Apply’. If the code is valid and unexpired, the voucher amount will be deducted from the amount that you have to pay. You can then proceed to pay the remaining amount by points and/or cash as you wish.
I have a discount code for an off on movies. Can I use it for discount on any other category?
No, the discount code is valid only for the category mentioned.
I have a 500 Rupees discount code for movies but I only want to use it for a 300 Rupee movie ticket. Can I use the remaining amount on my Discount Code later?
No, discount codes are for one time use only, unless specified otherwise.
Do the Discount Codes have an expiry period?
Yes, discount codes come with an expiry date. They become invalid after this date.
Do I need to be registered on the website to use the discount code?
No, to use the discount code one doesn’t need to activate their myKotakRewards account. However, to redeem your points and receive exclusive offers, register yourself on www.myKotakRewards.com.
Can I book both international and domestic flights?
Yes, you can book domestic as well as international flights on www.myKotakRewards.com.
Can I redeem Kotak Reward Points for more than one passenger?
Yes, you can redeem Kotak Reward Points for up to 6 passengers at any given point of time.
Can I redeem Kotak Reward Points to gift an Airline ticket(s)?
Yes, you can easily gift airline tickets to friends / family. However you need to make the booking in the name of passenger(s) who would be travelling. Air tickets are non - transferable.
What is the minimum time frame within which I need to redeem before I fly?
There is no minimum time frame for redeeming your Kotak Reward Points. You can redeem your Kotak Reward Points for a flight departing on the same day.
Can I cancel/modify my redemption for the flight ticket?
Once redeemed for, the air tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable.
What happens if my flight is cancelled or delayed?
You will need to check with the airline with which you have booked your seat. In the event of a schedule change/cancellation, your interests are protected, and you will be rebooked onto another flight. Delays/cancellations however are governed by the respective airline policies.
Can I redeem Kotak Reward Points for more than one passenger?
Yes, you can redeem Kotak Reward Points for up to 6 passengers at any given time.
Can I redeem Kotak Reward Points to gift a Bus ticket(s)?
Yes, you can easily gift bus tickets to friends / family. However you need to make the booking in the name of the passenger(s) who would be travelling. Bus tickets are non - transferable.
Is there a minimum time frame within which I need to redeem and book before the journey?
No, you can book any time before your journey. However it is advisable to plan your reservation at least 24 hours prior to departure.
Can I cancel/modify my redemption for the bus ticket?
Once redeemed for, the bus tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable.
If my bus is not operating or is delayed, what do I do?
You need to check with the bus operator with whom you have booked your seat(s). In the event of a schedule change/cancellation, your interests are protected, and you will be rebooked onto another bus. Delays/cancellations however, are governed by the respective bus operator policies.
How can I get my bus tickets in my hand if I were to redeem my Kotak Reward Points online?
After completion of your transaction, you can directly print your tickets by clicking on the 'Print Ticket' link provided on the 'Redemption Request Confirmation' page. Please carry this print-out in person when travelling; also please ensure that you carry a valid photo ID, which states your Date of Birth as provided while making the booking request on the internet.
Will I be eligible for any refunds should I miss the bus?
No, you will not be eligible for any refund in this case.
How much luggage can I carry? What is my luggage allowance?
The luggage restrictions vary from operator to operator. On an average 20kg per person is the usual allowance. Luggage being carried for commercial purposes will be charged separately.
Can I choose my seat at the cinema?
Yes, this is one of the most important features that we offer. You have the choice of re-selecting/changing your seats at every step of the transaction.
How many tickets can I book in one transaction?
You are permitted to book a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction in each seating category of the cinema screen.
How can I confirm whether my tickets have been booked?
Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive an email and sms stating the same.
I accidentally booked my tickets for today instead of tomorrow, can you change the tickets?
No, it is not possible to replace or refund tickets once they have been booked.
Can I change my seats?
No, it is not possible to change your seat once they have been booked and confirmed.
Can I change the show time that I have booked for?
No, it is not possible to change your tickets for different show timing once they have been booked and confirmed.
Can we cancel or replace our tickets?
No, as per government regulations, once a ticket has been paid for, it is deemed as sold, and therefore cannot now be replaced or cancelled.
What is the minimum time frame within which I need to redeem tickets before the show?
You must redeem your points at least 4 hours before the show timing. For e.g., should you wish to go for a show at 11pm on the 15th of April, you must redeem your points and make your booking request at least by 7 pm on the 15th of April.
How will I get my tickets?
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be required to take a printout of your booking confirmation and carry it with you to the box office at the cinema. Your tickets will be at the box office, and on request, they will be handed over to you.
How many days will it take to get my reward merchandise delivered?
Your reward merchandise will be delivered within 30 working days.
What if the product reaches my mentioned delivery address when I was away or not available?
Should this occur, we will attempt to deliver the product the next business day once again. Kindly assure your availability.
What should I do if I want to change my delivery address?
Please call our Customer Care on 1800 419 6888 in order to have the delivery address changed. This change of address will only be possible if you request for it at the end of the same business day on which you have placed your redemption request.
What should I do if the reward merchandise delivered to me is not what I had ordered for?
In that case, please call and report the same to Customer Care on 1800 419 6888 within one business day of the delivery of the product.
What should I do if the reward merchandise has hidden damage or is found to be defective?
If this happens under any unfortunate circumstance, please call Customer Care on 1800 419 6888 within one business day from the delivery of the product and report the same. The article shall be replaced.
What should I do if I ordered the wrong item?
Please call our Customer Care on 1800 419 6888 before your redemption request is processed in order to change or cancel your redemption order.
How can I check my Kotak Reward Points and know more about the program?
Visit myKotakRewards website or call our Customer Care on 1800 419 6888.
Will I receive a statement of my Kotak Reward Points and activities?
Yes, a monthly statement will be sent to all myKotakRewards members through email or you can visit the website to see your statement. Please visit www.myKotakRewards.com or call our Customer Care to provide us with your latest email id and mobile number.

What if I am not able to log in?
If you are not able to log in, please follow these simple steps:
  • Refresh the web page by either hitting the F5 key or the refresh button on the tools menu.

How do I unsubscribe?
You are automatically enrolled in the myKotakRewards program if you are an Kotak Galaxia and Solaris Credit Card holder. However, if you do not want to subscribe to the program, you can choose not to register your membership. If you have activated your membership and would like to unsubscribe, please call our customer care centre and we would be happy to help you.
Can I edit my profile, like address, phone etc? How can I edit it?
You can edit your alternate email address and alternate contact number on the website. Please do not forget to save the changes before you leave the page. To change your Primary details, you would have to contact the Kotak customer care. The changes will then be reflected in our system in 7 business days.
I am receiving a Page Unavailable message when trying to activate. What should I do?
Please refresh your page and also check your internet connection. Also please check your email inbox as a verification email/sms would be sent to you with your account information.
I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
Click on forgot password button and enter your UserID. Your password reset link would be sent to your email account.
How do I change my password?
Log in to your account and click on the change password button. You can change your password then and there. Keep your old password handy and do not forget to reconfirm the new password.
Is Mobile/DTH Recharge offered on myKotakRewards Online Portal?
Yes, myKotakRewards allows its customers to recharge their pre-paid mobile phone or their DTH account using their Kotak Galaxia and Solaris Credit Card and/or redeem their Kotak Reward Points if he wishes to.
Why is my recharge request not going through?
A request will be invalid on account of the following reasons:
  • Invalid subscriber ID/mobile number
  • Post paid mobile number where pre-paid is required
  • SubscriberID/mobile number which does not pertain to the list of mentioned operators
  • Incorrect/unacceptable recharge value
What if I do not get any confirmation message from the operator?
Once the recharge is completed, you will receive a confirmation message from the operator as well as a mail from www.myKotakRewards.com. In case on non-receipt of confirmation message, please check the talk-time/viewing limit of your mobile phone service. If the account balance does not increase, please contact our customer service desk on 1800 419 6888 with the details of mobile number, time & date of recharge, recharge amount & the Order ID mentioned on your receipt.
